Most of our parenting styles are based on a “reactive” approach either by napping while baby naps, excess caffeine, or living in sleep deprivation. While you may not feel the consequences, it is the start of a chain reaction.  What usually happens next is a backup of “life” which comes with consequences for your entire family and marriage.  While working at a Pediatricians office for 5 years, and seeing the need for newborn sleep support, I decided to launch our sleep training program.  The transformations I witnessed, makes the reward  just as much mine as it is yours.

This is our most basic package, which includes a one time visit in which we go over any questions you may have, putting together a schedule that will get your baby sleeping in no time. Communication is key, and I want us to create a communication channel in which we touch on everything you want to cover. After the schedule has been established, and put into place I offer one follow-up phone call.

We offer the “Dream Baby Package,” which is an inclusive package ensuring we will work together until the job is done: the baby sleeps peacefully through the night. That may sound impossible and only in your wildest dreams could this happen , but I can make it your reality. You’ll be amazed at what is possible. The average time we will work together is between 6-8 weeks.   I will get to know your style of parenting, baby temperament, feeding schedule, elimination pattern and in conjunction to fit your individual needs family needs. After the initial in home consultation, we will develop a individualized program for the newest member of the family.  As you start to implement the plan, you will start to have questions and concerns. Through experience, we found offering packages with a limited number of follow up email, phone or text support  delayed the process. Questions parents felt weren’t important, deemed to be a “stupid” question were actually key to a successful outcome.  With our goal to have a 100% success rate, we offer unlimited support until your child is sleeping through the night.  We want you to be able to call us with any questions or concerns that may come up during the process. Sometimes its the minor concerns that can delay the process if not handled correctly, and its our mission to make your life easier.

Even when you think you have a good handle on the work-family balance, trying to add one more appointment to your schedule can throw you off.  Juggling responsibilities in a fast paced world can put us into a state of stress, which ultimately can lower our productivity long term.   Over scheduling ourselves, and being pulled in a million different directions, has become a parenting ‘norm’. After working with different family dynamics, and realizing all of the different needs and requests, there wasn’t one service that we could offer to solve the different conflicts. Offering an exclusive package allows us the flexibility for those who have a last minute scheduling conflict and need to meet at a siblings soccer practice, or teaching the caregiver how to implement the sleep training schedule, and being their follow up resource.  Creating this exclusive package, allows us to specifically meet your personal needs, while offering convenience to save you both time and effort. Unfortunately with the type of service provided, we can only take on a limited number of clients per month in order to maintain our passion for service excellence.
